Why am I unable to complete the payment for my booking?

The most common reasons for a failed payment are:


  • 3D Secure Authentication Failed
  • Payments Declined by Card issuers
  • Insufficient funds
  • Card Restrictions.


The solution for the above common reasons are to check with the card issuer or to try alternative payment methods.


Aside from that, please check if you are using an acceptable payment method for the country of departure.
