· The hotel options offered for the Stopover Upgrade is subject to availability. If the hotel you select cannot be confirmed, our customer support team will assist you with an alternative hotel offer.
· If the alternative hotel offer is at a higher price than the Stopover Upgrade hotel you selected, there will be additional charges to apply. You will then have the option to accept or decline the Stopover Upgrade offer. If you choose to decline, we will give you a full refund for the Stopover Upgrade offer you paid for.
· If no alternative hotels are available, we will give you a full refund for the Stopover Upgrade offer you paid for, and your original room booking will remain in place.
